What do I need to provide for the band at my event?
You will need to make sure that the bands are provided with adequate power points (our sound engineer can converse with the venue to make sure this is okay). We also ask that you provide each member of the band and sound engineer a meal and refreshments.

Is Black & Gold an agency?
No, Black & Gold is unique in the way we run things. We work closely to develop every single band to be as good as they possibly can be. This includes pre production, rehearsing, and image consulting. This allows us to have a level of quality control which is unavailable for classic agencies.
Our bands are also available through other agencies, but by booking direct you are receiving the lowest prices and a great service

Are there any other costs involved?
No, the cost you will be quoted will be inclusive of all costs including travel. We would however ask that you feed our bands. If this is not possible they will happily find other feeding arrangements

Where are you based?
Black & Gold Functions is based London, England, however we provide bands across the UK and abroad for high end events.

Can I see the band perform before I book?
We typrically do not provide bands for events that are free to the public however we can provide live mp3's that will give a great indication of their talents, as well as photos and set lists.

Do you require a deposit?
We require a 25% deposit in order to confirm any date, this is included in the band prices.

How soon in advanced should i book?
We would advise as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. However if one of our bands is unavailable we will happily recommend one of our other bands
